Total records is the combined number of entries across all your modules. For example, if you have a Contacts module with 50 entries and a Leads module with 30 entries, that's 80 total records. The limit applies to your entire workspace, not per module.

Yes! You can upgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard. When you upgrade, you get immediate access to the higher plan's features and limits. To downgrade, please contact our support team.

We accept all major payment methods through Paystack, including Nigerian bank cards, bank transfers, and USSD. All payments are processed securely.

Your existing data will never be deleted. You simply won't be able to create new records, modules, or users beyond your plan's limit until you upgrade. We'll always notify you when you're approaching a limit.
